Into the Forest

This is one of those rare post-apocalyptic movies where you never get to see the apocalypse, just humans in the aftermath. Wood and Page were both excellent - the movie wouldn't have worked without both of them firing on all cylinders. Lovely direction, haunting story. I enjoyed this. 4/5

The Marine 3: Homefront

The Miz worked hard to prepare for this role and it shows. His gun handling was excellent, as was his movement. He did a large majority of his own stunts to boot. He was very natural in his approach and I thought he was quite good in the role. Unlike "Marine 2", the supporting cast was also good and the direction was solid. I'm impressed by The Miz, I'm looking forwarding to seeing the fourth film. 3.5/5

Errors of the Human Body

This sci-fi thriller is well plotted & acted - would make a great double feature with Antiviral. In fact, the last few years have seen a lot of great new sci-fi being made - "Another Earth", "Perfect Sense", "Upstream Color", "Antiviral" & more. Very refreshing. 3.5/5
